Bob’s Repair is a locally owned company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are looking to add an Air Conditioning HVAC Service Technician to our fast-growing team. Great company for advancement.

Commission: In addition, you will be eligible for commission on every up-sell you successfully make. Your commission will be 5%-7% of the final sale you have individually made happen. This includes new units, new compressors, UV lights, humidifiers, filters, and air scrubbers. It does not include motors, capacitors, motors, blowers, fuses, and smaller repairs.

Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing new and old HVAC equipment. Working with a high degree of honesty and integrity to promote a positive image. Excel in communication and follow through to properly complete tasks at hand and most importantly “Deliver Exceptional Customer Service” by establishing a great rapport with the customer.

Job Duties:

Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction, Establish a great rapport with the customer
Proficient in-service repair of HVAC equipment, Proficient in sales of HVAC equipment and service agreements, Perform Precision Tune-Ups, Ability to complete required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently, Ability to adapt to changes, Follow all standard operating procedures, Comprehensive refrigerant trouble, Minimum of 3 years HVAC Service Maintenance and Repair experience, EPA Certified, High School diploma or equivalent Key Competencies, Confident and self-motivated, Valid driver’s license, Satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider, Background check

Excellent work ethic and professionalism

Must be EPA and 410a certified. Must read, write, and speak fluent English. Drug-Free Workplace and a clean driving record is necessary.

Be able to diagnose, troubleshoot HVAC systems, Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures


Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
