Summerlin’s summer temperatures hit 110°F-plus against the foothills, with cooler high-elevation evenings that swing the load harder than central Vegas. Bob’s Repair covers every heating and cooling need across the master-planned community – from Sun City Summerlin’s original 1990s builds to The Ridges’ newer luxury construction.
From The Ridges and The Vistas down through Sun City Summerlin, Boca Park, and the Downtown Summerlin core, Bob’s Repair covers every village in the 22,500-acre master-planned community. We know Summerlin’s HOA-heavy approval process and dispatch trucks across the west side seven days a week.
Nevada codes and refrigerant standards update regularly. Our team trains annually to stay current with Clark County's requirements for Summerlin work.

Service Areas
Our dispatch center is at 3874 Silvestri Lane, Las Vegas, and we send EPA-certified technicians across Summerlin daily - from The Ridges to Sun City and Downtown Summerlin.
Most calls get a same-day diagnosis. Summerlin’s west-side location means dispatch from our central Vegas hub takes 25–45 minutes depending on traffic on the 215. We’re open 7 days a week; during peak summer weeks, calling earlier in the day gives you the best shot at a same-day slot.
Yes – Sun City Summerlin, Siena, and other age-restricted communities across the west side. Many of these neighborhoods have systems from the 1990s and early 2000s that need different parts than newer builds. Our trucks stock both.
Yes. Most Summerlin villages require Architectural Review Committee sign-off for visible equipment changes (new outdoor units, ducting modifications). We submit the paperwork, photograph the install for compliance records, and follow up on approvals so you don’t have to.
First, check the thermostat (set to COOL, temperature below room temp), the air filter (replace if older than 2–3 months), and the breaker (reset once – if it trips again, stop and call us). Don’t open the outdoor disconnect. Then call (702) 381-5080 and we’ll dispatch.
Yes. Summerlin is unincorporated Clark County, so permits go through Clark County Department of Building & Fire Prevention – not a separate city office. We pull all required permits, schedule inspections, and stay through final sign-off.
If your system is under 10 years old, well-maintained, and this is its first major repair, repair usually makes sense. If your system is past 12–15 years, breaking down often, the compressor has failed, or your energy bills keep climbing, replacement may save you more long-term. We inspect the system and quote both options when relevant.
Yes – through our standard financing partners, with options that fit most budgets. We’ll go through the numbers with you before any work starts.
Yes – Spring Valley, Centennial Hills, Lone Mountain, Mountain’s Edge, and the rest of the Las Vegas Valley. Call (702) 381-5080 and we’ll let you know if we cover your area.
