Excellent Experience Highly Recommend. Bob's replaced my A/C Unit a year ago. Could not be happier. That is why I choose them to replace my hot water heater when it went out. Both incidents they were priced right and completed the work fast and efficiently.

Adan came by and was very helpful. I was told I needed a new system and I didn’t. He quoted me an approximate for a new system that was far below what I was quoted by another company. They now have a customer for life. I can’t thank Bob’s Repair enough. Adan is definitely as asset to your company.

I like Jordan he’s very attentive and professional working on my residency AC system and he also did my other house AC unit tune up. I want him back every year my AC unit needs tune up. He’s very good. Thanks Jordan your the best.

Outstanding service!

We have had Bob's out several times to work on our A/C unites. Jason has come each time and been honest about what needs to be done. The prices are good compared others, their response time is great. I will only use them as long as we live in Las Vegas.

Outstanding experience. My Service Technician was Kyle Gndakar. He corrected the issue I was having very quickly. Kyle didn’t try to upsell me. Kyle was a true professional. I highly recommend Bob’s for all your HVAC needs.

Have used a couple different companies and Bob’s is by far the best of them all. Super responsive and accommodating - they came out same day for an unexpected issue, and replaced my 5-ton unit within 2 days (would have been next day had my schedule permitted). Technicians were great and finished the full replacement in shorter than anticipated time. You won’t be disappointed with Bob’s

Technicians showed up on time which is a plus for me. I was given an 8-10am window and they were there by 8:30. Both guys were very friendly and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with the service I received.

I’d like to thank both Daniel and Jordan on going and beyond doing our blown insulation job in our attic. They had to access the attic in two separate locations in the house that wasn’t too easy but succeeded with flying colors. I appreciate that they stayed late in the evening to finish as I was their 3rd job of the day and didn’t try to cut corners. Thanks again Bobs Repair, Daniel, and Jordan!!!

In my opinion Ron the service technician was a respectful and will inform and his field. I would recommend Bob's repair AC& heating to everyone. And compare there lower prices to some of the other companies. I give it two thumbs up!!😀

I scheduled an HVAC visit from Bob's HVAC & Solar Experts to come over for my seasonal maintenance/AC tune-up. Nick Nguyen was my technician. He was very punctual. In addition, he was very polite, professional and very well versed in HVAC. When entering my home to check the temperature readings, he put on protective shoe covers to protect my floors (I didn't even have to ask). He answered all of my AC questions and I was so impressed with the service he provided, that I signed up for the fall maintenance for my furnace. I feel like he went above and beyond to provide great service.Thank you so much Nick! You are the best service technician we have ever had at our home. Great job cleaning my air ducts in my condo unit! Daniel was an awesome tech and explained everything that I needed to know about my system and it's maintenance. The job he did was superb and he was fast and efficient. Before he was even done with the job I could smell a cleaner air in the house and when he finished, the difference was markedly noticable. Bob's AC gets my vote for the Service to call if you need your ducts and vents cleaned here in Vegas where it's always Desert Dusty! Thanks Bob's and my Tech Daniel for a great job!

I purchased a new ac unit last year and would recommend them highly. Their service after the sale has been awesome. Jordan came did the exam b4 the hot weather starts, very patient and knowledgeable. Daniel came and installed a new air filter grill and again so patient and knowledgeable. All in all great experience

We called Bob’s Repair to get a second opinion on our air conditioner. Ron came out the next day and gave us an entirely different status than we received the day before saying the conditioner was in good working condition. He did some preventative maintenance We will be calling Bob’s Repair for future work.

Purchased a new HVAC system from Bob's Repair, in January 2024. Pleased with the install; now that the weather is beginning to warm up, the AC needed to be inspected prior to first use. "Bob's" sent one of their highly experienced technicians, Jason Thack. He's highly professional, thorough and personable. He immediately identified a situation on the AC unit, that was installed backwards. He knew exactly how to resolve and fix. Had he not caught that error, it could have been devastating, possibly destroying a new unit. Thankfully, with his numerous years of "hands on experience," and knowledge he had everything up and running smoothly, in no time at all. Excellent work, Jason! Thank you.
