When our old A/C system died, Bob’s Repair AC, Heating and Solar Experts Las Vegas was recommended to us. They came out promptly, assessed the system, and gave us a very reasonable price for the project. The installation of our new A/C system went smoothly and was completed without any issues. After the installation, the wall needed to be patched to cover the opening left from the work, which was included in the project cost. Jordan arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job with the repair. The finished work looks great, and we’re very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish.

Bobs Repair is the ONLY HVAC service I use. They are always accessible and accommodating. The best service in Vegas hands down.

Well, this was the most attentive HVAC service I spoke with. I already had several technicians come out, and none were really able to assist me, and only need financing. I didnt want to waste anyone elses time, and they were able to guide me to their online financing application! All AC companies should have this. Bobs Repair were unable to be more helpful! So much info and so much help, even if I didn't get financed for what was needed. Temporary AC for now, when funds are accumulated, they will be who I go to! Edit: I spent no money with them at this time.

Was having trouble with my AC not turning on after it was shut off. Adan was my mechanic and he came over and diagnosed the problem. Very friendly and diligent worker. Was not satisfied until I was satisfied! Even came by later that day to make sure the AC was running correctly! I think he cared more about the air conditioning then I did!!! Nice young kid with good business sense...... I will call them again if I need service....

Bob’s saved us today. Got home after a trip and our AC was out. I called them to see if they could help. They gave us a same day appointment a few hours later. They must have shuffled their staff cause I got a call a few minutes later that the tech was at our door. Daniel did a great job getting the part we needed and we had cool air in a couple hours. We have used them before and highly recommend them.

Five stars, no hesitation. After almost three weeks without AC and a leak in my master bedroom, I was exhausted. Home warranty and another vendor both left me frustrated and still without a real fix. Bob’s Repair was the complete opposite. They were honest from the start, diagnosed it correctly, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled it. Our AC died on us on a hot summer night. Found Bob’s using AI on a highly reviewed and positive HVAC company. Made a call at 6:00 am. Ron the tech arrived around 12:000 PM for same day service. Polite, professional, and handled it within an hour. Fair pricing and awesome experience.

Our HVAC system went out (of course on a typical 106 degree day) and it was 6 pm. I wa sable to contact Bob's Service Dept and they scheduled us for service the following day. Sergio, the Service Tech arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He explained the problem, the cause and the solution and had us back in service within an hour. Very happy with Sergio and Bob's quick response.

I have used Bob's repair a few times over the years. Years ago I went with them due to great reviews online. Best is Ron the tech is great. Each time he has fixed any issues I have had when they come up. So he has repaired different units or furnace board replacement etc and did a great job. He is the number one reason I go to Bob's. Also, side note there was a billing question on one item I called about and mgmt immediately called me back and sorted it. So you get great service and fast response from their leaders. I recommend them. Oh...also...Ron is trustworthy...he has never tikd me my 26 year old 2 AC units need to be totally replaced like others. He tells me what is wrong and cost to fix vs total replacement and let's me decide. (No brainer, run the old ones into the dirt so you dont have a new one that doesnt last very long these days)

We called Bob to have a technician sent out and check out our AC unit. Victor showed up right on time, and got right to work. He was patient and courteous, taking his time to explain things to me as he went along. He told me the recommendations for future, which consisted of keeping an eye on the outside fan motor, as there seem to be a little bit of oil coming out of it. It. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. I already had good experience with Bob's installing a mini split in our garage, and this just enforced my high opinion of their business and their service. Highly recommended

Ron the tech has good demeanor and was efficient getting my AC fixed. Cost wasn’t cheap, but it’s OK consider the company tried to get the tech to my house and fix thing fast in a very busy hot day. I will use them again, just hope not too soon.

Nothing prepares you for when your AC dies in Vegas and it’s over 110 degrees out. Called a company we had used in the past and made a quick decision, thankfully by the next morning I was thinking clearly and realized we had made a mistake. Called Bob’s and asked for a quote. I dealt with Matthew over the phone and I was blown away with his honestly and integrity. He knew exactly what these “big box company’s” would charge and he was spot on, but never once spoke bad about them. He was very clear with pricing and what his company does. I think we spent over 3 hours talking on the phone and texting. He was never pushy, just wanted me to feel good about this very large purchase-I was stressed and overwhelmed! We easily decided this was the company for us! I feel that it is very hard to find company’s to trust here in Vegas and Bob’s might be the exception. They quickly arranged install and it went quicker than expected. I also know if we have any issues in the future they will take care of us. Matthew Mims did an amazing job at my rental property, analyzing the existing HVAC system. He determined that the system was so old and ineffective that a replacement was the best option. Working with me, he put together a new system that would be much more efficient and less expensive to operate. Estimated price was a lot of money, but less than his competitors, and the 10 year warranty was a deal maker. He was always in communications with me regarding the appointment, sent texts reminding me about the appointment, and was on time and performed his job professionally and efficiently. I would recommend these guys to do all of your HVAC work.
