We called Bob to have a technician sent out and check out our AC unit. Victor showed up right on time, and got right to work. He was patient and courteous, taking his time to explain things to me as he went along. He told me the recommendations for future, which consisted of keeping an eye on the outside fan motor, as there seem to be a little bit of oil coming out of it. It. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. I already had good experience with Bob's installing a mini split in our garage, and this just enforced my high opinion of their business and their service. Highly recommended

Ron the tech has good demeanor and was efficient getting my AC fixed. Cost wasn’t cheap, but it’s OK consider the company tried to get the tech to my house and fix thing fast in a very busy hot day. I will use them again, just hope not too soon.

Nothing prepares you for when your AC dies in Vegas and it’s over 110 degrees out. Called a company we had used in the past and made a quick decision, thankfully by the next morning I was thinking clearly and realized we had made a mistake. Called Bob’s and asked for a quote. I dealt with Matthew over the phone and I was blown away with his honestly and integrity. He knew exactly what these “big box company’s” would charge and he was spot on, but never once spoke bad about them. He was very clear with pricing and what his company does. I think we spent over 3 hours talking on the phone and texting. He was never pushy, just wanted me to feel good about this very large purchase-I was stressed and overwhelmed! We easily decided this was the company for us! I feel that it is very hard to find company’s to trust here in Vegas and Bob’s might be the exception. They quickly arranged install and it went quicker than expected. I also know if we have any issues in the future they will take care of us. Matthew Mims did an amazing job at my rental property, analyzing the existing HVAC system. He determined that the system was so old and ineffective that a replacement was the best option. Working with me, he put together a new system that would be much more efficient and less expensive to operate. Estimated price was a lot of money, but less than his competitors, and the 10 year warranty was a deal maker. He was always in communications with me regarding the appointment, sent texts reminding me about the appointment, and was on time and performed his job professionally and efficiently. I would recommend these guys to do all of your HVAC work.

This company is very organized , offered all information & clearly stated. They messaged me when workers was en route . Adan Rodriguez showed up maybe a half hour later, but very professional & knowledgeable …very polite, explained everything before he did it , even put shoe sleeves on when in the house. Fixed my air conditioner in about 35-45 minutes . It seems like a quality company.

Alex was excellent. He inspected everything and even identified and fixed an air leak in my unit for no charge. I’m really happy to be on a plan with them. There are lot of other hvac companies out there that feel very salesy with higher prices even with good google reviews, so I definitely recommend Bobs Repair after having dealt with some of the others.

Often on this platform we find fault with someone or some place so we can warn others to be warned and stay away. Yesterday I called Bob’s Repair AC & Solar Experts because we were having issues with an air conditioner which they installed just over a year ago. Their repair rep, Jordan, showed up (on time), and asked us a few questions, gathered his tools and went to work. About an hour later he packed up his tools and explained what he thought the problem was, said he would check back today, shook my hand and left. This was like a blast from the past. He was professional from booties whenever he came into the house to making sure we understood what he was doing throughout the entire process. Bob’s is one of the few truly professional businesses that seems like you are working with your small neighborhood repair shop. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their HVAC system replaced or just up and running like new.

Bob is the Bomb! 💣 This is Part 2 of my review after they came out to fix my AC and patch my ceiling from the water damage caused by the leak. I had water leaking from my attic that came through the ceiling and caused some pretty major damage. Once Bob's fixed my AC, they also had a drywall guy who could repair the hole in my ceiling. And let me tell you... Jordan patched that ceiling like Picasso himself—and even matched the paint perfectly! You'd never know there was ever any damage. My AC is blowing colder than a polar bear's farts, and my ceiling looks brand new. 10/10. I recommend Bob's to everyone!

Our air conditioning failed this week. When temps are high in Las Vegas, quick repair is urgent. We called Bob's Repair based on their many 5-star reviews. The technician arrived within four hours. He was professional and courteous. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the unit on the spot. This was our first experience with Bob's Repair. It will not be our last. If I could give more stars, I would! I'm writing this review before they even do the work because I've had some issues with my AC during this terrible Mercury retrograde that the fact I was able to find a company that was so helpful and professional made me believe that there are good people out there. I worked with a few AC companies before (they will not be named) that tried to help me with my problem but couldn't REALLY help me. Instead, they suggested replacing my whole AC would fix it. My AC is 14 years old, and she's definitely got a few more years in her. After being referred to Bob's Repair and telling them my dilemma, Bob's was able to get someone to my house that same day, and that's when Alex Juarez came in. He was nice and immediately got to work figuring out the problem. When I say he got into my attic and dug around to the point that, when he was done, he was covered in insulation... what a man! He pinpointed the issue and gave me nothing but solutions to fix my AC without even suggesting I replace the whole unit. When I tell you the tears of relief came out—I wanted to hug him, but didn't because he was covered in attic insulation—all I could tell him was thank you. I honestly have never felt so taken care of when it comes to home repairs. Bob's has a customer for life. Anyway, they're coming tomorrow to do the work, so expect Part 2. I'm calling my home warranty to cancel. Helpful, affordable, and just really good people! Call Bob's—they'll hook you up!

I Hired Bobs to replace a 26 year old AC unit last Friday the 17th with a new Trane 4 ton ac unit and furnace, matching my other 2nd unit at the home. Muli, Edgar, and Jordan worked from 7:45am - 6pm , were a very courteous and professional crew, keeping me informed and answering questions all day. They had to fix a couple issues left unresolved from previous work by a different company in 2020, and resolving electrical issues due to Code changes over the last 20 years. Every problem they ran into during the installation they worked with patience and professionalism to resolve it. Highly recommend them !
